Chris Gayle Tries To Troll Chahal, Yuzi Gives It Back In The Classy Way
Yuzvendra Chahal is pretty active on the social media networks and sometimes he gets trolled as well, especially for his TikTok videos. However, it can’t be denied that he is a very important part of the Indian squad and has helped the team win many matches with his wicket-taking ability in crucial stages.
Recently, he posted a video clip from the match which was played between India and New Zealand in February 2020. This was the third ODI of the 3-match ODI series that was played at Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui and New Zealand not only won the third ODI but the series as well by 3-0.
In this clip, Yuzi is seen taking wicket of Martin Guptill who was batting at 66 at that time and it was also the end of the 106 run opening partnership between Martin Guptill and Henry Nicholls. The ball bowled by Yuzvendra Chahal turned sharply after hitting the ground, batsman missed it completely and the bails were in the air as the ball hit the stumps.
Yuzi shared the video with the caption, “This feeling #specialone”.

While Yuzi was reliving the moment, West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle took the opportunity to troll the Indian spinner by saying that he overstepped the line and the ball should have been declared No Ball.
Chris Gayle wrote, “You overstepped the line, No ball!!! Umpire.”
However, the Indian leggie was ready with a perfect reply as he referred to the drinking habits of Chris Gayle while answering him, “@chrisgayle333 haha uncle still last night effect?”
Yuzi and Chris Gayle share a good bond as there was a time when they both used to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. They are still on very good terms despite the fact that Chris Gayle now plays for Kings XI Punjab.
Do you feel that Yuzi answered Chris Gayle in a classy way?
