“Bura Na Maano Kohli Hai,” Delhi Police Makes An Epic Tweet To Celebrate Virat Kohli’s Test Ton
The fourth and the final test match between India and Australia which was played at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, has ended in a draw but India has managed to qualify for the finals of the World Test Championship after New Zealand defeated Sri Lanka in the first test match which was played at Hagley Oval, Christchurch.
However, the highlight of the fourth test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 was the century of Indian cricketer Virat Kohli who smashed his 28th test hundred (186) and ended his century drought which lasted for more than 3 years.
India won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 by 2-1 as the hosts won the first two test matches and the visitors made a great comeback by winning the third match. The Ahmedabad pitch was a batting friendly pitch and total four centuries were scored in the test match, Aussie cricketers – Usman Khawaja (180 runs) and Cameron Green (114 runs) scored for their team in the first innings and Shubman Gill (128 runs) and Virat Kohli (186) for the Indian team in the first innings.
It was 75th international hundred for the former skipper of the Indian cricket team and it won’t be wrong to say that it was a very big day not just for Virat Kohli but also for his fans who were eagerly waiting to see their King coming out of the lean patch.
Virat Kohli is basically from New Delhi and Delhi Police also found a way to express their happiness over the century scored by the Delhi boy by making a tweet to Gujarat Police. Delhi Police tweeted, “Dear @GujaratPolice , Don’t book our Delhi boy #ViratKohli for voluntarily causing hurt to the guests. AUS-SOME, game @imVkohli ! #INDvAUS #BGT2023”
The tweet also contained a photo of Virat Kohli with a statement which read, “Bura Na Maano Kohli Hai”
Here is the pic:
